We work with the belief that it is imperative that we support every citizen of the world to be creative, open and curious; to amplify our lived experiences and empower people to have conversations, make change and share knowledge.
Everything we do is a collaboration with room for play and discussion -
everyone is involved in all strands, and they all influence one another.
Everyone is equal and respected within the creative process and participants are empowered through the celebration of their uniqueness and inclusion of their ideas and opinions.
This is achieved through a teaching and creative practise which weaves together physical and creative learning, site-specific performance and an exploration of issues that effect and matter to people and culture today. This approach allows us to help diversify both what it means to be a cultural venue and invites audiences who don’t always feel welcome in traditional theatre settings.
Grief Gatherings
A supportive space for anyone experiencing feelings of loss

You’re warmly invited to The Grief Gathering — for anyone who is experiencing grief and would like to connect with others and explore creativity as a way to express and move through it.
-
Simple, creative ways to explore your loss experience at your own pace (painting, collage, sculpting, drawing, writing & more — no experience required)
-
A calm, supportive space to explore grief and loss with people who share understanding but without the need to talk.
-
Gentle guided breathing to support relaxation and connection
-
A place to come as you are - welcoming anyone experiencing loss of any kind
-
Loss may be connected to bereavement, health changes, identity shifts, relationship breakdowns, or employment changes
The Grief Gatherings create gentle spaces that refill your cup when it feels empty — blending collective support with simple, creative, and sensory practices. Meet yourself wherever you are - there’s no right or wrong way to grieve — only a shared space to gently be.
**This event is free, but booking is essential as spaces are limited.
***This gathering is open to anyone aged 13 and over (those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult).
